“Had my gas furnace unexpectedly out of service, with outside temperatures of -5 had no time to spare, called K company which very quickly diagnosed need for replacement, had a new unit available for immediate exchange and the service scheduled for the next day.
Next morning we received the K Company Team, Joe and Austin arrived as promised, two very courteous and efficient young Gentlemen, organized the replacement, protect our floor, worked very expeditiously to get us out of trouble.
House temperature was falling very fast once we don't have any alternative source of heat, our fireplace didn't make a difference.
I couldn't be happier with Joe and Austin courtesy and professionalism; K Company must be very proud of this crew!!
They worked nonstop, removed the old unit, installed the new furnace very fast and quietly, the workmanship quality left behind is pristine.
