Since 1972, The K Company has been setting the standard in commercial, residential, and industrial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration (HVACR) systems. We are the supplier of choice for many of Northeast Ohio’s high-profile installations, and we are always in the forefront of design, installation, and service. In this last decade, our services have been sought after and provided away from home from California to New Hampshire and many states in between.

Our mission is to provide customers with complete HVAC solutions utilizing a professional and experienced work force, exceeding expectations for our customers' long-term well-being, both in finance and comfort, while maintaining our integrity as a family-owned business.

The K Company Commercial Installation and Controls department is capable of providing design/build systems from conceptualization and design through installation and service. Your comfort needs are analyzed and solutions are presented. Our designs are comfort driven, but keep energy efficiency and long-term costs in mind. Plan and specified projects are also aggressively bid. GMP, Design Assist, and Open Book project models have been successfully completed.

Through effective pre-planning, The K Company, Inc., is able to identify areas of a project where pre-fabrication will be beneficial in controlling the overall cost and scheduling of a project. With over 13,000 square feet of fabrication facilities, we can pre-fabricate assemblies in a quality-controlled environment thus reducing field installation time and expense.

Our construction department includes jobs of all sizes, from small retail stores to larger projects such as the Goodyear World Headquarters. The construction department is a collaboration of all departments—we work together from start to finish with the sheet metal/fabrication, the design/engineering team, the piping division, and the service team. This collaboration of departments creates the complete package and a successful efficient construction project.

We employ experienced project managers, many of whom have worked hands on in the field to have both knowledge and experience with a wide variety of builds. Commercial construction projects include schools, retail space, hotels, senior living facilities, post offices, state correctional facilities, multi-residential buildings, walk-in coolers, and medical labs/hospital/office space.
